What if something ain't quite right with my Sparro?

Cripes – that’s not good news! We pretty sure your Sparro will nail the brief, but if not, tame that tailspin – we're here to help.

First up, please be sure to familiarise yourself with our Care & Warranty page for all your Sparro DOs, DO NOTs, WHAT IFs and Warranty details.

Then, based on our Sparro Warranty and the conditions outlined below, we're more than happy to arrange an exchange, credit or refund. Simply contact us via customercare@sparrodesigns.com.

 

Returns

Sparro purchases can be returned *in new/un-used condition* within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We'll provide you with the delivery details once your Returns Authorisation (RA) number has been issued.

Returns are valid on full priced items and those shipped within Australia only. 

 

Condition of Returns

Any returned Sparro purchase must include their original packaging including shipper, uncut hangtag, and not show any sign of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage.  

*Include Your Receipt: a printed copy of your order receipt should also be included with your return.

 

Returns Insurance

We always recommend using a trackable carrier, insured for the full value of your Sparro return. We are not responsible for return packages lost en route back to Sparro HQ.  

 

#LifeInBag E-Vouchers

Sparro E-Vouchers cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Any credit for items returned from an E-Voucher will be issued to the original purchaser. 

 

Faulty items

Great care is taken to ensure the quality of every Sparro, so we foresee manufacturing faults or defects being rare. If it happens, however, we want to know about it immediately! Please contact us via customercare@sparrodesigns.com and we'll be in touch to rectify ASAP.
